People full of beans are taken as over protective in our everyday life. In a nutshell, they are cheesy and must not be taken as bread or butter in a circle. Most of us go bananas on whatever such individuals come up with and under estimate them like outclass.
Maniac episodes is very common among normal people that is having drastic fluctuations in moods with or without reasons but to some extremes; making one distressed or hyper. Commonly, people interpret it with timely assumptions of having bad attitude, hypersensitivity, lack of anger management, off or swing of moods or anything likewise. It is therefore, taken non-seriously and is misjudged driving to a lot of serious mental health issues among considerable masses until gets intangible without medical assistance.
One of the greatest problem regarding it is the shortening of patience under raising social constraints throughout humanity. The race of materialism has burdened the soul crushing it so badly that the peace of mind has died. Such a state can only reduce the power to persuade. Temperaments intangible at the hands of non-persuasive majority increases frustration and depression in society. Hence, disruptive elements expand influencing the progress of prosperity.
One of the reason behind gulfing the society into class sections is how individual misconstrue another mind. Just as misunderstandings break two hearts, misjudgment and then reducing the space for reconciliation begets irrationality. It is an operation so silent and deadly that the augmentation is invisible enough to be ignored.
Before apprehending the need of enhancing the skills of human resource management at professional level, it is very important to make the consciousness of maniac episodes intelligible to commoners. Owning a talented lot is a blessing and if it is well enough cognitive to the basic psychological responses and retaliations, the crap undoubtedly turns treasure at those hands.

Self-healing is effortless during manic episode just by using bright colours in dressing, taking chocolate or any favourite dessert, wearing some make-up to brighten-up looks while changing hair-styles by men. It can be suppressed by talking it out, sitting alone for some time and enjoy the nature. Listening music or even writing your inside would not create a long term rueful memory. If one around us doesn't get to know itself suffering through maniac episode, we can make it over for him or her by applying our aptitude of knowing it.

Though unfortunately, least has ever either taken it into consideration or tried to understand how it really matters in the social network around us. People aware of maniac trips also doesn't or least bother to interpret responses accordingly. The entitlement of one as having very good communication or human resource management skill is actually having more understanding of human mental diversity. Portraying it as a specific attribute of few, the knowledge should be promoted enough to make a better social atmosphere everywhere.
