Bullying a known alien

“Don’t you try to prove yourself that innocent, huh!” was the response I get from my question, “what do you want from me?”

Aging is commonly taken as most perfect, mature enough to be deprived of innocence, well trained and very much relevant to everything around. That is why, people during their communication expect the opponent to get everything expression anyways despite of any noise pollution in the process or distraction in the design of message. There is no room for innocence, ignorance, indifference and impartiality.

If not technical, but most common aspects must be known and experienced to the aging otherwise, either you are lying or you are not normal making you an alien in your existing environment. And the survival as such an individual is possible only if one is silent or non-communicative. For, expression would raise doubts, questions and ultimately objections on being unique.

Now here is the point when we focus on the communication theories that describes the social psychology of the masses who chose to be distinctive from the rest; through their developmental patterns. It can clearly be taken as an individual’s impact study in uses and gratification though plainly specifying cognitive dissonance satisfied by opting alienation from the casual society. This however, is divergent but not quite obsolete to be rejected.

There is a strong college of thought that believes in non-delayed transparent response therefore, doesn’t entertain diplomacy in their conversations. This, sometimes is not appreciated, especially when turns out to be a rejection to any definite habitual ritual or routine. Although, it can simply be the result of one’s discrete likeness or hatred for a practice adopted by masses. For example, if a person go against the trending of getting exposed to sexuality, even at personal level, or disown use of technology, detain the idea of profiting market or so, he or she is badly criticized as a psychopath, alien or soft headed.

Understanding and accepting customary is made mandatory with aging. The freedom of gratifying through self-amusing is allowed only when it is identical to the typical norms. A single faces festivity pressure on going against the tides of sociality. This originates cognitive dissonance and goes extremes when objected strictly in an ordinary view. The more the distinctive mind is bullied, more the retaliation comes and it cannot always be positive to be tolerated.

This makes it extremely important to obtain that individual’s exertions related to cognitive dissonance must not be associated to aging instead uses and gratification. It is easier to organize and manage the social integrity by handling such obvious brooders and trend orienteers. And an unlike single in a group can be utilized according to its specific potential with acknowledgement in order to sustain the chain of development.

Presumptions on individual’s responses, contradictory rebuffing or bullying itself is obnoxious and restrain one from being into mainstream. It unconsciously, by the time disbar the person from normality due to consistent psychological practice and may produce disorders. Apart, it upsets the communication cycle and forwards misconstrued input that bring failure. This is why better communication skills are perceived as milestone in successful achievement of careers and tasks all around the world.

Rejection no matter what the reason may be, is disastrous and when it comes to socializing, the greater the pressure so the grandeur reaction. Whereas, gratification is the essence of mental satisfaction so when hindered or oppressed, is a challenged obsession at stake of anything. And with age, disregarding everything strengthens the determination for human nature is rebellious. It is unpredictable in its capacity to pose itself as a flotsam.

Hanged Pakistani Media

Being qualified to mass communication and politics, it is obvious that an individual defends his or her field with any possible justification. The same is practiced by the majority of Journalist Community in Pakistan except in certain situations and even that because of some professional confrontation. Other than that, journalism is considerably strong and plays a significant role in shaping people’s opinion that is why it has expanded largely in recent decade. There is no question upon freedom of expression in the state but to follow the PEMRA and barring some opposition or constraint from the defense department for the sake of state’s interest and strategic security. But it is not unusual for, the media industry in every state has such undeniable restrictions.

Media itself is a tendered institution in Pakistan. It works for money only and stands for its benefits ignoring its sole responsibility to the state and the nation forgetting that the powers because of which an entity rise at times result into its fall as well. The competency of leading the industry has proved this clearly in Pakistan too. The Media that echoed for the security and sustainability of Journalist community altogether, at most is disintegrated on Geo News’s issue. The owner itself to save the institution would stake all those who caused this situation against it because the investors are concerned about profits not associates. They never want ones who hinder the business no matter how precious their role have remained in building of the occupation.

Disregarding this fact, Media in Pakistan is biased enough to exaggerate any incident occurred to it. One or two in thousands may come across mishap anywhere especially when it is a state into security mess. Let’s assume that it’s true that Media and its professionals are targeted by the Agencies, Taliban, or political parties and even opponents in field. It means, these are the factors confining media from informing the masses that…

·        58.7 million Pakistani’s (Report by SDPI, 2014) are living below the poverty line and the government is free to enjoy leisure?

·        The World Bank is extending its role in developmental structure of Pakistan that on one hand seems positive but is dangerous as it gives further shares the control of state affairs?

·        The state run organizations are being privatized giving more shares to foreign bidders meaning staking the state’s power?

·        Gilgit Baltistan is introduced as a separate province but is deprived of basic parliamentary rights and is suffering extensively. The province wants to have independence if ignored consistently?

·        Unemployment rate in the country is growing whereas maladjustment in allocation of opportunities is eating the morale of the youth that may result into intolerant social insanity?

·        The foreign debts are burdening Pakistan’s currency turning it into just paper?

·        The change in the geo-political roves of the region is evolving complex challenges that may produce extremely deadly skirmishes? etc

All Pakistani Media apart from some active news, have now-a-days is the ups and downs on politics and allegations of Hamid Mir resulting into counter response on risking Geo News’s existence. Why? Because it broadcast only what could be cashed back through whatever means. Journalism in Pakistan is least dynamic focusing statements. It lacks the appropriate texture of developmental, analytical or community Journalism that concludes the exact picture of the country’s issues. It has presented it self as a conspiracy at the hands of various agents which is a mere illusion for Media is all about monetary acquisitions. Notwithstanding the fact that state’s stability and existence is significant for the presence of anything affiliated to it.

In the name of freedom "off expression"

An absence is a disaster and the provocative depth is bringing chaos!

Freedom of expression was termed and declared under the Article 19 of Universal declaration of Human Rights in 1948 whereas can be traced back in the England’s Bill of Rights 1689. The advancement and expanding communication system provide liberty to expression beyond the limits. It has miraculously amazed the intellect by uniting the integrals even with diverse opinions.  In this regard, the communication theories play a very important role in consistently improving and working communication. The increasingly enhancing role of communication is well apprehended in context of influence and achievements proving it as the back bone of modern developments. It has become so evident that absence of freedom of expression is a disaster to existence of sanity.

From Dissemination of information to the Propaganda, all constitute the freedom of expression making it devastating enough to challenge the peace of entire globe. The proximity through information is extremely crafty in its own presence. It has evacuated the security to other human rights through hawk nose approach. An individual is more alert to the prevailing global changes by consciously or unconsciously being involved directly into the mess.  This has made a chain connection of evolution of life in a multiplex network affecting everyone in one way or the other.

A profound approach to this whole web is exclusively unique even with the acceptance of its need, pros and cons to the humanity. The freedom of expression is an uncontrollable potential owned by the people, hence can’t be subjugated by any means of power. It neither was nor is dependant upon any declaration or hype of support from organizational efforts. And the claim doesn’t need any confrontation for if it is well applied then…

·        What is agenda setting?

·        Why do we see misconceptions through propaganda?

·        Why are journalists being targeted?

·        What is controlled system and spying for?

·        Why does information diseased with bias?

·        What is cyber bullying?

It actually raises more questions upon the structure of establishment and proceeding at all levels. The communication system facilitates and motivates the freedom of expression to control it as it desires. It impels the minds to brainstorm and express every possible dimensional perspective on an issue or discovery and then define jurisdiction for selected ideas.

There is a strong hegemony that leads the communication system no matter its media, any intelligence agency, radical group or political evils. Freedom of expression is only the mastery of digging the expression through appropriate and convenient channel to be controlled easily. It has revolutionized the mind control tactics and is getting even better with time. There could not have been a more magnificent way to “off expression” in the name of freedom. 

Science of Feedback

Communication involves the phenomenon known as perception. It is a process that instigates stimulation in a sensory organ and invocates muscular and neural response. The communication, through psycho physics can be regarded as the element through which stimulation can be provoked resulting into reflex action from the target. As it is psychological therefore it is not resistive. The reaction in response to the situation is FEEDBACK.

Feedback is an important factor in a communication model as it measures the proximity of the message to the success. It is part of a cause and chain effect, designed to achieve certain goals in a communication process. It is the feedback that determines the prospect of the message and stresses upon the 7C's of Communication in order to develop the message for desired response. Apart from that; traditionalism has significant impact on the results of the process which cannot be ignored. The accomplishment or detaining of the output may occur because of shortening in such physical or psychological structures.

·        Conditional

·        Non-conditional

·        Developing

The conditional feedback may be timely depending upon the requirement of the sender at a given situation and it may vary after times, for instance at polling issue. The non-conditional feedback can be perceived as the long term responses that are not affected by the social change agents like deciding educational career. Whereas developing feedback mould shapes more frequently and are associated with the continuous developing issues for example politics, security issues etc.

Feedback is a lively activity and is natural and undeniable. It can’t be dead if the process of communication occurs. There can be considerable issues that may result into delayed response but it exists. Feedback or response may approach failure in case of misconception or unidentified use of system. Noise is another technological impediment in the construction of feedback. It may get invisible because of lack of interest of the targeted audience or come up with an ambush response.

It is highly provocative in controlling the human behavior through evidence,

relevance, consequence and action. The strategies to achieve planned response can be reviewed and modified with the body of the feedback for upgrading or detaining certain issues, terms, concepts or ideas. No matter how constructive, destructive, astray or broken the Feedback is, the technique is immensely benefitting in mind control. There is no question of being impartial from response therefore; controlled feedback by an individual is the only way to secure aftermaths. Institutionally, there are various disadvantages of controlled feedback but in a singular status; the sense may avoid many disturbances and allow acceptable adjustments.
